Okay, I'm pretty much a girly-girl and I'm not knowing for doing terribly outdoorsy things. But there is just something so peaceful about lawn mowing! Plus it's a great way to get sunlight and fresh air... and use the riding lawn mower! And I like the sense of satisfaction each time I cut a new swath across the lawn.
Only downside? After cutting the former Dandelion City, the lawn now looks like Dandelion graveyard.
we have a dandelion spot in our yard as well and it does look like a dandelion grave yard. I Like mowing the lawn on a riding lawn mower :D
ReplyDeleteHaha, I'd like mowing the lawn if 1. we had a riding mower and 2. our yard wasn't so steep and bumpy! (which is why we don't have a riding mower!) At least it's good exercise. ;)
ReplyDeleteI love mowing the lawn too! Its weird, especially since we don't have a riding mower. Its just some time outside to yourself where you can kind of zone out and still accomplish something. :P
ReplyDeleteI really enjoy mowing the lawn too - there is that sense of satisfaction in a job well done. Plus - its a good way to get a tan! ;) or a sunburn, as is usual in my case...
